As a Business Development Representative your main focus is to drive customer retention and sales growth through strategic relationships in our sales and marketing department located in our Herndon, VA office.  In addition to meeting the qualifications of this position, the ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with the ability to establish priorities and objectives, is flexible in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and is one who maintains focus and composure under pressure.  You will help distinguish our company with professionalism, best practices and deliverables that build strong customer loyalty.

Job Requirements:


Opportunity Development: You will help manage the customer relationship based upon a proper evaluation of their current transportation status 

Portfolio management – For existing clients, you will work to increase their brand/dealer loyalty

Renewals – in a timely manner, you will collaborate with other team members to help current clients renew their transportation positioning by offering them upgrade options (lease ending, warranty expirations, over mileage, high interest rates, lower monthly payment options).


1 year experience in a high-volume call center, preferred

Working knowledge of the Automotive Industry, preferred

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Proficient computer skills

Ability to work well in a team environment

Experience in creating solutions for clients based on their initiatives
