Job Description:

Dealership Finance Business Assistant 

We are looking for a Business Assistant to complete various administrative duties for their designated team/showroom. In this position, your primary responsibilities include: Deal Compliance check, submit/process deals to lending institutions, and funding deals.               

You will also communicate with customers in regards to potential concerns, issues, and product cancellations to better assist our customers in a timely fashion.  You may also be conducting random deal audits to ensure deal integrity and compliance.

Our ideal candidate should be driven, have a positive outlook, is proficient with Google Suite, and has great communication and organizational skills.

Business Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

  • Enforce compliance check on all deals

  • Submitting deals to various lenders in a timely manner

  • Setting up E-contract for CA (Client Advisor) to sign with clients

  • CIT (contract in transit) handling and funding. Making sure all necessary stipulations are met/collected from the customer by the CA  either before or after the deal is commenced.

  • Claiming Flex/incentive cash on Honda performance center

  • RDR vehicles

  • Product cancellations

  • Customer service and relations

  • Scheduled deal audits

  • Other miscellaneous tasks associated with above mentioned

Job Requirements:

Business Assistant Requirements and Qualifications

  • Administrative Experience preferred

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Computer proficiency (Google Suites, DocuSign, MS Office…ect.)

  • Good organizational skills

Personality profile:

  • Uses initiative with minimal supervision

  • Can manage a heavy workload with strict deadlines

  • Flexible and willing to take on ad-hoc tasks

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

  • Confident with skills learned and always willing to learn new things
